CLASSES

BOXING HIIT

A high octane cardio tabata style boxing class gauranteed to speed up metabolism and burn fat. Class time is spent on the heavy bags with conditioning breaks in between to maximize your workout. There is little partner work on this class, it is more focused on your metabolic burn and releasing stress. This is a full body burn.

HB/360

The 360 Circuit is created to help you gain explosiveness and endurance through boxing, heavy bag work and circuit interval training. A short and specific conditioning warmup gets your heart and blood pumping. Glove up for boxing fundamentals on the heavy bag and foot work drills. Circuit training consists of conditioning and strength focused intervals. These intervals build strength and lean muscle mass using TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, etc. You’ll leave feeling triumphant. 

BOXING

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. Increase your speed, agility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Boxing teaches you methods of self defense, as well as toughens and sharpens your mind. Help boost your immune system, providing strength and endurance to muscles. Learn proper fight techniques, work with partners and heavy bags while working your boxing combos combined with endurance and strength training bursts.

KICKBOXING

Want a workout that will work your entire body, blast fat and give you a great challenge? Kickboxing could be the sport you're looking for. In addition, regularly performing a kickboxing exercise routine works all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic way and improves balance, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.
