WELCOME TO THE FIGHT! WHAT TO EXPECT...

  • Classes are 45 minutes long.

  • Choose from boxing, kickboxing, or HIIT classes

  • $2 glove rentals are available if needed (no gloves for HIIT Camp) or bring your own gloves.

  • Gloves and raps are also available for sale. 

  • *our team is at your service to rap your hands before you glove up.

  • Shoes are not permitted during kickboxing but are for HIIT and Boxing.

 

Our trainers are dedicated to you during class, and they will deliver heavy-hitting classes with electrifying cardio bursts. You’ll learn just how capable you are, and be excited to see yourself doing things you never thought you could do. 

Are you turning up for:

 

BOXING + KICKBOXING

When you turn up to class for Boxing, HIIT Boxing, and Kickboxing, you'll: 

  • Sweat like crazy

  • Learn boxing/kickboxing basics

  • In boxing and kickboxing expect 10-15 minutes of partner work

  • Hit heavy bags with full fire

  • Use mitts or glove to glove drills with a partner or a coach

  • Learn counters and defensive drills 

  • Perfect your technique using heavy bags, speed bags, and other specialty training equipment

WARM

UP

5-10 min. of cardio and strength training. Warm ups may use the gym equipment, or just your own body weight. Get your body warm, your blood pumping and get in the zone.

THE 5

PUNCHES/

SHADOWBOXING

5-10 min. of shadowboxing is a staple for fighters plus it's also a sneaky murderous cardio workout. You can burn upward of 400 calories per hour, most importantly it helps you develop: foot speed, hand coordination, and technique.

PARTNER WORK

10-15 min. Learn the boxing/kickboxing basics with your coach and fellow fighters, and put combinations into action. 

Work with partners glove to glove or with target mitts. Maximize your sweat and perfect your technique in this fun filled round, as you prepare for the hard and heavy hitting heavy bag round.

HEAVY BAGS

10-15 min. Kick ass and let everything out on our wide variety of heavy bags. The main purpose of a heavy bag is to increase your punching power. Anything goes in this round as you unleash all of your power, stress, anger, and demons on the bag and leave them behind. 

ABS

5-10 min. Training your core muscles can enhance your body's cardiovascular endurance. The core gives a fighter balance as they try to maintain a lower, stronger center of gravity to use their lower body to generate the momentum for a stronger strike.The more stable the core, the more powerful the movements and the bigger impact you’ll have on the bags. 

 

BOXING HIIT

When you turn up to class for Boxing HIIT, you'll: 

  • Do a 5-10 minute warmup. 

  • The basic punches are taught

  • Most of the class is based around 20 second/10 second rounds

  • This is a FITNESS style boxing class, very little time is spent on technique. 

  • Spend most of your time on the heavy bag and in conditioning outbursts

  • A big focus on abs!

5-6 INTERVAL ROUNDS

Most of the class is pent on the 20 second 10 second interval round. 5-6 rounds of each pairing. Maximize your caloric burn and get your aggression out in this sweat fest. Spend most of your time on the heavy bags. Expect your metabolism to burn faster for longer than 24 hours! 

 

THE HB/360

(HEAVY BAGS + BODY 360 CIRCUIT)

When you turn up to class for HB/360, you'll: 

  • Sweat like crazy

  • A quick warm-up gets your heart pumping 

  • Spend half the class on the heavy bags on 1-2 minute rounds 

  • Work on TRX, dumbbells, medicine balls and other instruments of torture for the neon half of class in a Circuit style Toning Session focused on toning the entire body 360 degrees

  • In a circuit you rotate through stations and occasional badass obstacle courses

CORE

3-5 rounds are spent entirely on core. The stronger your core is the better you're entire body preforms. Throughout class expect multiple core focused training to get those abs of your dreams.f

HEAVY BAGS

High intensity bursts of cardio sections to rev up that heart. Enter rounds of loving mayhem as you feel every cell in your body and you are alive.Hit the heavy bags for 1-2 minute rounds learning boxing combinations and hit as hard as you can for an incredible metabolic boom.

360 CIRCUIT

10-15 minutes. Using various toys such as TRX, Bosu Balls, Dumbbells, etc as you focus on strengthening your body from every angle. Work in a timed circuit moving around to different stations. Feel this class for days afterwards in all the right spots. 

JUKEMODE ABS

THE SMOKERS LOUNGE

When you turn up to class for The Smokers Lounge, you'll: 

  • work mostly in our second floor with specialty boxing training equipment

  • This class is for Members Only

  • You must attend a certain amount of classes to graduate to this class

  • In the Smokers Lounge you will learn advanced mitt drills, work in the underground training facility on speed bags, double ended's, spar bars, body bags, etc.

  • After 100 overall classes at JB you are eligible for all sparring classes

  • You receive 1 Free 30 min Personal Training session a month

ADVANCED TRAINING

This is a members only class that must be earned. Wether you are sparring, doing advanced mitt drills with coaches and each other, or working stations as you perfect your boxing, this is not for the faint of heart. This is where fighters are made.
