Mary's goal is to make people sweat, swear, and laugh during every class! Mary is an ACE certified Fitness Trainer and Functional Training & Recovery specialist who is passionate about giving every body the chance to move, feel strong, and have fun. As an athlete who participates in boxing, yoga, running, HIIT, and strength training, Mary has dealt with the frustration of injuries and has seen first hand how a regiment of strength and stretch can keep you in the game. She loves helping students overcome their pain and discover how exercise can make a positive impact on every part of their lives.
