Welcome to JukeBox, Brooklyn’s First Woman-Owned Boxing Gym.  JukeBox was brought to life by the mind and creativity of Carrie Schechter, she created an incredible high octane technique heavy boxing club. Here at JukeBox we’ve built a culture of sweat, technique, fun, and community - here, you mean more to us than just a number on a screen! 

Boxing is both ordinary and spectacular, a sport that inspires and motivates people to excel in their individual craft, no matter how difficult the task is ahead. We provide the space, the motivation, and the soundtrack - bring a positive attitude and let us do the rest.

BOXING

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. Not only is hitting something (emphasis on something, not someone) a healthy and productive way to help you let go of tension, the rush of endorphins improves your mood and your sleep. You will deal with stress better, and enjoy better focus at work and in your home. Boxing also helps to boost the immune system, and provides strength and endurance to muscles. All this results in inner and outer strength, self confidence, and self discipline.

A high intensity boxing class that starts with toning and rapidly turns into quick fire burst boxing and conditioning 20/10 second rounds.  Put your metabolism on fast forward after 45 minutes of this class.

Want a workout that will work your entire body, blast fat and give you a great challenge? Kickboxing could be the sport you're looking for. Regularly performing a kickboxing exercise routine works all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic way and improves balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and self-confidence.

A combination class of heavy bag work and a circuit training class. Focus is on strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core strength, and functional movement patterns. You will get EVERYTHING you need! Using boxing and conditioning techniques gets you to engage all your muscle groups get you in the best shape of your life.
