What is the gym like?
The ultimate boxing training. Take class on our first floor with the best heavy bags on the market of varying shape and size. Our VIP lounge is full of equipment to keep your brain and body challenged.

How long is a session?
45 minutes of our pure sound energy!
When?
Sessions are available all day as long as class is not in session.
Do you need to know how to box?
It helps. If you have never boxed before check out our new bloods offer (on sale for $29.99)
Do I need anything?
We have gloves available for purchase or you can rent them for $2 . We have official wraps you can purchase a pair at the gym. Come in comfortable clothes & a separate pair of shoes form your outdoor dailies!
Is vaccination mandatory for the gym?
Yes, proof of 1 vaccination is required. We are closely following all Covid protocols and measures.
