CLASS LENGTH: 45 minute of pure energy.

SAFTEY FIRST​

• A liability waiver must be signed ahead of attending class. 

• Members must maintain 6 feet apart during class. No touching or sharing of anything (unless you are a quaran-team).

• Masks are required to attend. 

  • If you have any discomfort with masks let us know so we can make adjustments for you. We will always put everyones safety first. 

• We will NOT be utilizing any equipment or partner work. You are welcome to bring your own, but no equipment necessary. 

• Bring your own water/hand sanitizer/yoga mat (if you want one).

All moves are easily modifiable, no experience necessary, we got you!

Be prepared to have "feels" the next day :) throughout your body as we target and torture you in a full 360 degree boxing inspired program.
