BOXING CLASSES

CLASSES ARE 45 MIN.

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. Not only is hitting something (emphasis on something, not someone) a healthy and productive way to help you let go of tension, the rush of endorphins improves your mood and your sleep. You will deal with stress better, and enjoy better focus at work and in your home. Boxing also helps to boost the immune system, and provides strength and endurance to muscles. All this results in inner and outer strength, self confidence, and self discipline.

THE VIP BOXERS LOUNGE

The only way to gain access to our elite 2nd floor training facility is with one of these special tickets.

 

These are semi-private sessions, no more than 6 people a class.

SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS/TEENS

This class is for 13-17 year olds only. a teen boxing program for our youth. What benefits you can expect in your tenn:
