H(EAVY)B(AG)/360

A combination class of heavy bag work and a circuit training class. Focus is on strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core strength, and functional movement patterns. You will get EVERYTHING you need! Using boxing and conditioning techniques gets you to engage all your muscle groups get you in the best shape of your life. This workout is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit and healthy while we challenge your mind and body. 

BOXING

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. Not only is hitting something (emphasis on something, not someone) a healthy and productive way to help you let go of tension, the rush of endorphins improves your mood and your sleep. You will deal with stress better, and enjoy better focus at work and in your home. Boxing also helps to boost the immune system, and provides strength and endurance to muscles. All this results in inner and outer strength, self confidence, and self discipline.

KICKBOXING

Want a workout that will work your entire body, blast fat and give you a great challenge? Kickboxing could be the sport you're looking for. Regularly performing a kickboxing exercise routine works all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic way and improves balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and self-confidence.

Physically distant, and a whole lot of fun! Small group classes in the open clean air on the rolling feilds at Prospect Park. (but the 9th street entrance)

Fighters Wanted. Choose any class that fits your body and your schedule. Most classes are livestreamed as well. Subscribe to a fight club monthly plan or buy a limited card class pack.

SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS

This class is for 13-17 year olds only. a teen boxing program for our youth. What benefits you can expect in your tenn:

Get your form and body in tip top condition going one on one with any of our coaches. Small groups are also welcome. We offer boxing and conditioning, recovery and strength training sessions!
