Work out on speed bags, mitts, double ended bags, heavy bags, body bags, spar bars, lift weights on the bench, find balance with water weights and so, so much more!!
Sparring is safe, a portion of every class you will body spar with a coach and each other, for full body sparring head gear and mouth guard is mandatory (and are available for sale in the gym)
Classes are 45 minutes of pure sound energy!!!

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
No, your coach is with you every step of the way, this is a great way to start to learn how to box, or for more experienced boxers - to improve your craft.
I DON'T OWN GLOVES?
We have $2 Glove Rentals available when you arrive. Hand wraps are important for your safety, if you do not have any, you can purchase a pair at the gym. Otherwise come in comfortable clothes!
DO I NEED TO SHOW MY VAX?
Yes, proof of vaccination is required. We are closely following all Covid protocols and measures.
